Users with a basic Observations account have a limited view of the app.
Users with a basic Observations account will interact differently with the feature and the app. Observations are the main feature, so all actions revolve around this capability. Depending on your role permissions, you will either be able to see:
Find out what you can do with the basic Observations account. Note that the processes are similar on the mobile app.
Basic Observation Features
The Home page showcases numerous statistics about the Observations you have submitted. You can:
- View how much time has passed since your last Observation and your Safety Score
- Click on the top section to view the breakdown of your Safety Score, Observations, and Helpfulness rating
- View the
- frequency of your Observation submissions
- % of each type of Observation submitted
- % of helpful Observations submitted to those that need work
- Submit an Observation
- View a list of your Observations or your team's Observations, depending on your role permissions
💡 Note that some users can only edit their Observations. They cannot interact with the triage section or archive Observations.
If your role has been granted permission, you can also see statistics about the Observations your team has submitted on the Home page. To do so, click on "Team stats". From there, you can:
- View the
- frequency of the Observation submissions by your team
- % of each type of Observation submitted
- % of helpful Observations submitted to those that need work
- most common hazards added to Observations
- Click on the "Frequency" statistic to view the Safety Score of each worker. You can click on "Sort" in the top-right corner to filter the results score or by name
- Filter the results by time by clicking on "Today" in the top-right corner of the statistics section and making a selection from the list that pops-up
💡 If your role has been granted permission, you can add, edit, or archive hazards in the "Activities, Hazards, and Controls" settings, located on the Company page.
