To move an Event to the "Open" stage, every member of the Investigation team must approve it.
Once an Event report has been completed and the corrective actions have been assigned, all workers that are a part of the Investigation team must sign the Event to confirm that all of the information is accurate. Note that the process is similar on the mobile app.
