The library houses folders and files, which you can add, update, and delete, depending on their permissions.
The library houses your company or worksite’s documentation in one place. You can create folders and upload files to the library. Take a look at what you can do in the library. Note that the process is similar on the mobile app.
The library.
If you click on "Library" on the Company page, you will be redirected to the main page of the library. This is where the main folders live. Once this page is configured, you can either click on a folder to view the contents of it or click on the button in the top-right corner. When you click on this button, a menu pop-ups with the options:
- Select: To rename, move, or delete files and folders
- Create a folder: To make a new folder in the location that you chose
💡 Note that the actions that workers can take depend on their role permissions.
This same menu will be available in every folder that you click on. If this folder is not on the main page of the library, you will also notice an "Upload" button in the menu, which will allow you to add more files to the folder.
