Create a Folder

Find out how you can create a folder in the library.

In each folder of the library, you will find a menu in the top-right corner which opens up actions that you can take in the folder. When you click on "Create a folder", you will be able to add the name, description, and owner of the folder that you would like to create. Find out how you can create a folder. Note that the process is similar on the mobile app.

Create a folder in the library.

To create a folder in the library:

  1. Navigate to the menu and click on your Company page
  2. Click on "Library"
  3. Click on the folder that you would like to create the folder in. If you would like to create a folder on the main page of the library, skip this step and continue to step 4
  4. Click on the button in the top-right corner
  5. Click on "Create a folder"
  6. Fill in the following information:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Owner
  7. Once you have filled in the information, click on "Save" in the top-right corner

💡 Note that the owner of a folder will get notifications about the folder.
