Archive Users
If you no longer want to have a user in your directory, those with a role that grants them permission can archive a user.
How to archive a user.
- Go to your Company page in the menu
- Click on "Directory"
- Select a user
- Click on “Edit” in the top-right corner of the page
- Click on “Archive User”
Note that the process is similar on the mobile app.
