Archive Users

If you no longer want to have a user in your directory, those with a role that grants them permission can archive a user.

How to archive a user.

  1. Go to your Company page in the menu
  2. Click on "Directory"
  3. Select a user
  4. Click on “Edit” in the top-right corner of the page
  5. Click on “Archive User”

Note that the process is similar on the mobile app.
